Job Title: Product Manager Europe

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our travel products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, market trends, and customer needs. The Travel Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing offerings and introduce innovative products to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Development:
    • Lead the development and enhancement of travel products and services from ideation to execution.
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align product strategies with business goals.
  2. Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, launch, and ongoing optimization.
    • Analyze and evaluate product performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of products into the overall business strategy.
  3. Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements.
    • Source and evaluate new suppliers to expand product offerings and enhance competitiveness.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality travel experiences.
    • Address customer feedback and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
  5. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses.
    • Monitor financial performance against targets and implement cost-effective strategies.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, customer service, and technology teams to ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather input and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of travel industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
