Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking before 24 hours of service is about to take place. This applies to all tours published on our website.

No Questions Asked: Cancellations made before 24 hours of the service is about to take place will not require any explanation, and no cancellation fees will be applied.

How to Cancel: Simply contact our customer support team via email or phone within 24 hours of booking to request a refund.
Alternatively, you can cancel your booking through our online portal using your booking reference number.

Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is processed, the refund will be initiated within 48 Hours to the same source payment is received from. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions: The 24-hour refund policy may not apply to certain promotions, last-minute deals, or non-refundable services, as specified at the time of booking.
